If you have not been assigned a specific booth type in advance please use the Medium Expo Booth 70 character limit.

A short description for event attendees to become familar with your mission, products, and the value you provide. This section has a 700 character limit.

Use this field to write a special offer for booth visitors. It could be a discount, special access, coupon code, or anything. It’s optional text, not tied to anything programmatically. This field has a 60 character limit.

This is brief text used to compel attendees to take action using your button, such as "Learn More!" or "Enter the Sweepstakes." The button text has a 50 character limit.

Attendees can click on the button included as part of your booth in order to take the one action you assign to the button:

Register Insterest which will allow you to add them to your email list.

OR

Link to Website which will allow the attendee to navigate directly to the URL of your choice…a blog post, Amazon product listing, your personal webpage, and so forth.

If you select the Link to Website action this is the complete URL you are directing attendees to, for example https://allaccesscon.com/.

Please provide a 1080x1080 logo. This is the size used in all vendor booths. File types accepted are .png, .jpg, .jpeg or .gif.

Please enter links to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or Twitter account(s) here. We can only include one link from each social media platform in your booth, or none at all if you prefer. For instance: 1 LinkedIn and 1 Facebook, but not 1 LinkedIn and 15 Facebook for your various pen names accross Facebook.

You can place pre-recorded videos from YouTube, Vimeo, and Wistia, or provide a link to Google Slides, and the video or slides will run in your booth to provide information for attendees even when you are not in the booth.

Video will run in your booth whether you provide a link or not. If no link is provided we will run a placeholder video for attendees about how the booths work, with some incentives for exploring all the booths and interacting with you.

Note: only add the video ID, which is at the end of the URL. E.g. for the YouTube URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXb3EKWsInQ please use only LXb3EKWsInQ -- the part after the “=” symbol.

YouTube playlist. Adding a YouTube playlist will let attendees select which video(s) they want to watch.

Note: The playlist link must include https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list= YouTube Live Stream video. Go Live with your camera or via RTMP on YouTube Studio, then send the stream to your Expo Booth on Hopin.

Google Slides. The link to any Slides presentation that is published to the Web.

Tip: The published Slides link will always start with https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/e/ VS https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/ if not published to the web. Publishing Slides to the web is easy with File > Publish to the web menu on the Slides page.
